Ceto announces Michael McCann as Managing Director of NexBridge™ | Performance Optimization, marking a strategic step forward in the continued expansion of the company’s enterprise transformation capabilities. McCann brings nearly 25 years of experience in financial services and banking technology, with a career focused on helping institutions align strategic objectives with scalable operational models. Earlier in his career, McCann served as Director of Sales and later Vice President of Sales at IA Systems, a startup loan origination software provider serving banks and credit unions. There, he scaled the sales organization from a single contributor to a multi-layer team, tripled total sales, and played a key role in the company’s acquisition by Open Solutions in 2007. His consultative approach enabled institutions to adopt technology strategies that improved efficiency, increased data visibility, and strengthened service delivery.

He later helped build and lead a high-performing sales organization at a financial technology firm, expanding the team to five sales executives and two sales support professionals while guiding institutions through complex operational and technology decisions. Throughout his career, McCann’s work has centered on driving clarity, alignment, and execution across the enterprise.
