University of California police are asking for the public’s help in tracking down a suspect who was caught on video assaulting a conservative activist on the Berkeley campus on Tuesday.

Fox News reports the alleged victim, identified as Hayden Williams, was approached by two men who were allegedly harassing him at a table where he was recruiting members to his group.

Police said one of the two men knocked over the table and then punched Williams several times, all caught on cellphone video.

Williams is the campus representative for Leadership Institute and was reportedly helping Turning Point USA, a conservative news site that the institute operates.

Campus Reform also reported that the alleged attacker cursed at Williams, calling him a racist and threatened to shoot him.
