While American families struggle with sky-high mortgage rates, strict lending rules, and bidding wars just to buy a starter home, foreign buyers are pouring into the U.S. housing market and snapping up middle-class properties with cash. The National Association of Realtors’ latest report shows this surge is pushing up prices and making homeownership much tougher for American families.
