Swaney Group Capital and LongueVue Capital Invest in Apex Dental Laboratory Group

Swaney Group Capital (“SGC”), a Tampa-based private equity firm, in partnership with LongueVue Capital (“LVC”), a New Orleans-based private equity firm, announced a strategic investment in Apex Dental Laboratory Group (“Apex” or the “Company”), a leading dental manufacturing platform serving dental practices across the United States.

The investment aligns with SGC’s strategy of partnering with U.S.-based manufacturing businesses where operational excellence, disciplined execution, and strategic acquisitions can drive sustainable value creation. Together with Apex’s founders and management team, SGC and LVC will support the Company’s next phase of growth through organic expansion, continued investment in technology and talent, and a focused approach to operational integration.

Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Waco, Texas, Apex operates a national network of 16 dental laboratories across 12 states and employs approximately 400 team members.
